**Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team and be fully responsible for supporting our colleagues in all aspects of their work life-cycle connected to iubenda as a company.

You will be reporting to the CHRO and will be in charge of the following:

- Developing and keeping up-to-date HR processes, policies and documents;

- Managing and overseeing HR procedural and administrative tasks related to iubenda's internal policies and to business-related expenses (i. e. , document collection and equipment delivery, pre-payroll activities);

- Advising on labor law-related matters (i. e. , absences, leaves, compensations, and contractual topics);

- Managing a team of two HR professionals.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role;

- Excellent communication skills to relate with C-level management and colleagues;

- Notions of (Italian, but not only) labor law;

- Having a customer-oriented mindset to always ensure the best treatment to colleagues, being a self-starter, and having an autonomous problem-solving attitude;

- Professional proficiency in English and Italian (any other language is more than welcome);

- Good knowledge of Excel and, more in general, of Microsoft office suite;

- Willing to attend Milan's office when circumstances require it;

- Previous experience with administrative queries.

- Having a previous experience in a (possibly Tech or SaaS) Start-up environment;

- Knowing how to manage remote or hybrid work-based environments;

- Being interested in the Tech scene and world.

**Location

We are looking for someone willing to attend our Milan office every time work-related circumstances require it.

Remote working will be more than welcome for the rest of the time.

Our office is centrally located and incredibly nice place to work from (a 5-minute walk from S. Ambrogio, Cairoli, and Cordusio metro stations; a 10-minute walk from Cadorna FS).
