Hr Manager - Luxury
Our client is a luxury brand dedicated to hospitality.
**Posizione**:
**Job Summary**:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities.
**Job Profile
- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the growth of the organization and the business.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in development of HR programs, in recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning & development domains.
- In conjunction with the Group, champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- Implementation and updating HR policies
- Develop strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Manage all core HR processes (onboarding, performance calibration, compensation cycle, talent review)
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff
- Create and analyse various types of employee reports (e. g. , compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups.
**Requisiti**:
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology or related disciplines
- At least 6-7 years in HR Dept of multinational organizations
- Strong knowledge of all core employee life cycle processes and tools
- Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholder
- Strong people management skill and ability in building multi-cultural relationships
- Positive, continuously learning, strong capacity in problem-solving.
- Drive for excellence and flexible in approach
- Experience in talent acquisition is an advantage
- Listen, move fast and think innovatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (power point/ excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fluent in Italian and English, any other language is an advantage.
