HR Manager - Luxury 5* Hotel, Sicily Location: Sicily, Italy Salary: Negotiable (Accommodation Provided) An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join this incredible 5* estate in Sicily.

This role is to provide a professional and caring Human Resources service to all management and staff, to minimise staff turnover, and maximise career development potential.

Responsibilities: Work alongside the Area HR Dir, General Manager and HOD's to ensure the continuous development of the HR function Develop, implement and be accountable for delivering the HR strategy for the business to drive employee engagement and high performance Support the management team in all recruitment processes Manage informal and formal employee relations including dispute resolutions, disciplinary matters, grievances, absence, family leave, retirement, redundancy etc Requirements Have current HR generalist experience in the hospitality industries, preferably in hotels Be able to work independently, managing your working week, diary etc Have great attention to detail and be able to produce information in a timely manner Have great personal skills and able to work with both the management team and head office teams Be fluent in both Italian and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
