Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a HR Manager (Milan).
This exciting opportunity is tailor-made for a high-performing professional who possesses a passion for excellence and a penchant for driving organizational growth.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
What do we look for?
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Payroll, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as hospitality or food & beverage services Proven expertise in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws, payroll regulations, and health & safety laws.
Experience managing payroll processes and working with payroll software.
Prior experience in the pre-opening phase of a restaurant or hotel is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and support employees at all levels.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks What will you work on?
Oversee the full HR function for Nusr-Et Milan, ensuring alignment with company values and local labor laws.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, with a strong focus on hiring for operational and blue-collar roles.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality sector, ensuring Nusr-Et remains a top employer of choice.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Italian tax and labor regulations.
Ensure strict adherence to Italy's labor laws and health & safety regulations, implementing necessary policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
Act as the key HR partner for employees and management, providing guidance on employee relations, contracts, and workplace issues.
Oversee training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to maintain a motivated workforce.
Collaborate with headquarters on HR strategies, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
