Donaldson has an opportunity for a temporary HR Officer, based in Ostiglia.
The position will report to the HR Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide generalist support to the business in all aspects of the HR function, including resources, industrial relations, training development, payroll administration within relevant legislation, company policies and procedures.
- To support the administration and the maintenance of employee records ensuring that employee data is accurate and reports/systems are updated within agreed timescales.
- To implement reward management programs: compensation & benefits programs, reward policies, etc.
- To monitor, organize and coordinate the training activities, to assure that the training files are accurate for HR and certification purposes, to evaluate financed funds possibilities.
- To coach managers in HR practices.
- To develop and maintain relationships with employees, local employee federation and Trade Union representative bodies.
- To maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
- To manage recruitment for blue collars plant profiles, temporary employees, interim reporting and relationship with interim offices
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or professional HR Qualifications.
- 3 years minimum of experience in generalist HR role.
- Good communications skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Good understanding of Company Policies and Procedures and their implementation.
- Proficient in Italian labor laws and regulations.
- Languages: Fluent Italian, Advanced English.
