We are looking to hire an **HR Operations Administrator, **for our Italian plant in **Colognola ai Colli (VR)** to join our HR Team.
He/She will responsible to overlook HR related tasks of core HR management from staffing, payroll and administration (in collaboration with external payroll provider) for 3 operational companies supporting the HR Generalist and with respect to the guidelines of Sunlight Group.
The role reports to HR Generalist.
**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes**:
**Payroll Administration
- Maintain the accuracy of HR systems data though monthly checks
- Ensure times and absences management for payroll preparation
- Management of day-by-day HR Administration activities providing certificates, declarations and other documents upon personnel needs and requests
- Maintain all employee files as legally required
- Supporting employees and HR on administrative related topics
- Providing ad hoc reports and elaborate HR KPIs
**Recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Administer the execution of the massive recruitment cycle for blue collars, including but not limited to advertising vacancies, screening, arranging interviews and job offers
- Support the on boarding process for new employees
- Collect the training needs, organize local training and keep updated the internal training & development records with respect of Group procedures
- BSc.
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or Economics
- Relevant working experience of minimum 2 years ideally within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of current Italian labor rules and regulations
- Good interpersonal skills, empathetic with the ability of flexible approach to different internal decision makers
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly.
- Ability to understand the organization needs and motivation of people and combine this towards business realistic development plan
- Good knowledge of Office, in particular excel
- Fluent in both Italian and English (oral and written)
