We are looking for a HR Operations Manager to be a part of our growing dynamic team based in Milan!
The role The HR Operations Manager is a key member of our dynamic global team and the person will be in charge of HR Administration & System support activities.
This role will work with a high degree of autonomy, managing and overseeing all administrative HR processes and documentation, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all operational HR activities.
The HR Operations Manager also will: Manage the team, overseeing the entire HR Operations processes in Italy and in our subsidiaries abroad.
Coordinate team activities and workflows.
Act as first point of contact for internal stakeholder, liaising with multiple departments and their leaders.
Handle complex HR cases and internal processes.
Initiate on new HR related projects, to enhance and enrich internal systems (e. g.
policies, workflows, administration etc).
Support on Finance related topics (budgeting, cost, payments etc).
Manage and coordinate Finance topics such as budgeting and costs.
Manage all employee administration processes, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
Prepare and collect all necessary data for payroll processing (payroll is outsourced).
Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and changes.
Liaise with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Draft and issue official HR communications and letters.
Prepare and maintain HR reports (headcount, turnover, personnel costs, etc. ).
Requirements Our ideal HR Operations Manager will have a background in HR Administration subjects for Italian and international contexts (Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal), with a good knowledge of managing payroll and Labour Law.
As well as: Bachelor's Degree in Law/Economics/Business administration or a related field Knowledge of HR administration processes and a solid understanding of Italian labor law (knowledge of Labor Law for other countries will be an advantage). Previous experience working in fast-paced environments (possibly start up environment), managing multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
Previous experience in a similar role, managing a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on operational work approach and the capability to work towards process improvement and efficiency. Strong proficiency with HR tools and software for document and data management.
