Leads the hiring process for new comers from administrative point of view and all monthly changes for current employees: ensures communication with Payroll provider, checks the legal procedure is followed, consults hiring manager and new comer on the process.
Cooperates with Reward Manager in order to facilitate the implementation of the agreed reward/incentive systems in line with global policies and tools.
Manages induction to new hires on payroll and administration.
HR Administration - act as point of contact between Payroll provider and employee for subscriptions, bank detail changes, home address, etc
Data privacy champion on employee related data.
As a HR Payroll&Cost Controller you'll provide quality and in-time HR Operations as employee administration both in MyRB system and from local labor legisltion perspective to RB Hygiene and Health Italy.
Offer support to Reward Manager in APP, GSPP and payroll budgeting processes.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Administration and Payroll support (Italy)
Leads the hiring process for new joiners from administrative point of view and all monthly changes for current employees; cooperates with Reward Manager in order to facilitate the implementation of the agreed reward/incentive systems in line with global policies and tools.
Act as point of contact between Payroll provider and employees; data privacy champion on employee related data
HR Reporting and myRB administration (at Regional level)
Provides Success factor administration support to HRBPs and HRDs in People analytics and HR reporting needs, playing the role of myRB Super User for the region.
Key user for My RB reporting tools and key point of reference for APP management and Pay review letters.
Budget & Forecast: Partner with Finance team in HR cost budgeting process for Italy and consolidate people cost's data at Regional level.
Benefits administration: meal tickets, welfare, Life insurance, Funds management
Owner of Policies and Procedures (for the Region).
REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
7-10 years of experience in similar role in a multinational company
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), excellent analytical skills.
Fluency in Italian and English
Knowledge of HRIS systems (e. g.
Success Factors) and main payroll software will be considered a plus, as well as the knowledge of the Italian Chemical CCNL
Proactive mindset, excellent communication and independent
Business Acumen and commercial understanding
Results-oriented and can-do attitude
