Hr Operations Partner

**Your Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and data usage.
Responsibilities will include workforce administrative processes management, budget, payroll and cost controlling, KPIs and HR metrics analysis.
In particular a part of the team, you will have the responsibility of:
- Facilitating and conducting all workforce administrative processes - onboarding/offboarding, probation management, employment verification, contract and document management in accordance with service level agreement
- Managing leave administration and compensation data collection for payroll processing
- Collaborating in the creation, update, and analysis of HR data reports (headcount, compensations & benefits, KPIs, budget, costs and payroll)
- Monitoring key HR Metrics and market benchmarks (salary, turnover, labour cost)
- Addressing employees' queries (e. g. , on compensation and labour regulations) and acting as a consultant regarding policies and procedures, contributing to their own creation and maintenance
- Managing the relationships with external stakeholders, providers and labour consultants
- Monitoring internal HR systems and databases (Zucchetti)
- Assisting in any ad hoc projects based on the needs of the HR Department
**Education & Experience**:
Degree in Economics or similar
- +2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Good knowledge of labour law
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies and to analyze data to generate reports based on trends, patterns and other insights
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
