Hr Operations Partner - Fixed Term Contract (X/F/M)
Doctolib is hiring a **HR Operations Partner** for our Italian team.
As a HR Operations Partner you are responsible for administrative activities in our HR department.
With our Global HR Ops Team, you will take care of improving our ecosystem of HR tools and processes and contribute to the excellent employee experience of our Italian branch. You will join the team for an unprecedented project for the Italian team becoming a key contributor to our success.
**What will be your missions?
**:
- you are Doctolibers first **point of contact** for questions around sick leave, maternity leave, absences, benefit reimbursement etc.
internal policies and you are a strong **business partner** for our people team in Italy: 280HC now, 330 HC next year and it's just the beginning!
- you will participate into the **project implementation of new tools around payroll** elaboration
- you will own **admin tasks on Workday**, including relevant discussion around how to simplify HR team experience
- you draft **all employment contracts** and **all relevant documentation**, taking care of their onboarding from an HR admin point of view
- you will participate in all **HR OPS processes** (including payroll, onboarding, benefits management and visa matters) and work with the HR team every day to optimize and simplify them
- you manage filling and archiving of all **HR documents**:
- you will act as a Subject Matter Expert on our People Operations projects initiatives for Italy like People Operations & HR Corner on our Cortex Intranet, Workday payroll interface
- you will work together with other people teams globally on the implementation of strategic HR projects and processes to ensure an optimal employee experience
**Who are you?
**:
- you have already gained **3/5** years of experience** in HR operations**, ideally also on **Payroll** topics
- you have the know-how to answer **basic **labor law questions**:
- you are passionate about delivering the highest level of service possible for our internal customers
- you are enthusiastic in participating in transformation projects and continuous improvements of our processes
- you distinguish yourself through your view of "the big picture" and have a good feel for the needs of employees
- you have experience in personnel administration with a good knowledge of common HRIS tools (e. g.
**Workday**)
- you are characterized by a high level of organizational skills and a solution and service orientation
- you have excellent communication skills
- you speak Italian at a native level and fluent in English
**Nice to have**:
- you have previously worked in a digital and rapidly growing company
- you are comfortable in international companies with relatively new organization
- you are used to it and enjoy designing and optimizing your own processes
- you have an affinity for numbers and have already worked with KPIs
