We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Global Business Services.

You will perform day to day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, compensation and payroll.

You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

**This position reports to**:

HR Operations Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).

- Support employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool).

- Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.

- Perform data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.

Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.

Provide on-demand reports related to the process, where required.

- Support the team on ad hoc activities.

**Your background**:

- A bachelor's degree.

- Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly.

Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

- Fluent business English.

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation: a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can do" attitude.

- Proactive, analytical skills and good attention to details.
