We are currently seeking an **HR Operations Trainee** who will report to the HR Operations Manager** **of **HEINEKEN Italia** in Milan.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO

The HR Operations Trainee will support the HR Operations Manager in:

- Managing the cultural change and new ways of working lead by the HR Transformation programme in place.

Focus on training and communication tools

- Driving the adoption and right usage of the new HR Tools - Success Factor and Service Now platforms

- Shaping and deploy ad hoc HR processes with an End to End Approach

- Providing customer service for HR-related processes through inquiry management and resolution.

- Supporting the transactional processes of the employee life-cycle through the new HR Tools, focusing mainly on the operational tasks.

- Managing administrative onboarding for new Employees

- Reviewing HR transactional data and deliver reports to Specialized Services, as needed

**WHO YOU ARE

- Master's Degree in Humanities/Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management

- Fluent written and spoken English - upper intermediate as minimum level (B2)

- MS Office working proficiency, MS Excel intermediate knowledge level as minimun.

- Curiosity, think out-the-box and data driven mindsets

- Appreciated of Success Factor and Service Now Systems knowledge
