**This role in summary**:

As a member of the Organization & Talent EMEA Team the Intern will contribute to the review, design and roll out of key Talent processes and activities, while supporting the Team in driving organizational effectiveness and change management plans.

In this role the intern will proficiently cooperate with functional and business leaders to drive change while learning about key organizational processes and dynamics, main talent and change management methodologies and organizational effectiveness metrics.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Be part of a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial team, highly exposed to the whole Senior leadership of the company with the potential to leave a real mark on the company's success

- Support the Organization & Talent Team in rolling out key Talent Management and Development processes within EMEA Organization

- Support the team in driving the main organizational EMEA projects, including business processes/accountabilities reviews

- Support the launch of new Change Management projects in coordination with Company HR & Business Leaders

- Provide insights and support decision making for HR and Business Community with Workforce and Labor Cost analysis

- Contribute to the development of the organizational and change management skills and capabilities within the EMEA HR community providing meaningful learning opportunities

**Minimum requirements**:

Are you:

- a Master Degree' student or a fresh graduate in Business Administration / Management / Engineering Management / Human Resource Management?

- a proficient user of Google Suite / Microsoft Office user (in particular Sheets/Excel, Slides/Power Point)?

- a proficient English speaker?

Previous international experience would be a plus

- a strong team player who shares Whirlpool values and drive for innovation?

- passionate about Change Management and Transformation programs?
