Hr Organization Analyst
Position
Bulgari SPA - within the **Corporate Human Resources Department** based in **Rome** - is looking for an HR Organization Analyst.
A motivated and customer oriented player who acts as a business partner in organization models evolution and change management, ensuring effective and efficient solutions according to business/HR strategies and cost objectives.
**Accountabilities
- Study, propose, suggest and define new organizational models requested by evolving business models and strategic direction, evaluating different scenarios and relevant impacts on headcount, roles, responsibilities, competences, in line with external benchmarks and new organizational models, trends evolution.
- Coordinate Change Management linked to Business/Organization models transformation and/or new systems implementation, coordinating people involved, with a project management approach.
- Design/review processes/micro-organization proposing solutions driven by efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the HR data quality and the continuous updating of organizational charts and reports.
- Closely work with central/local HR teams and LVMH Group to evaluate HR implications (training, development, administrative, etc. )
linked to process/organization change and client's HR requests and systems evolution
- Support the definition of Headcount budget according to business needs and organization evolution.
- Share knowledge within all HR teams in order to transfer best practices and ensure internal alignment on organization changes/solutions proposed.
- Define, review and update job descriptions; contribute to internal/external hiring process, providing info on new/vacant positions and job content.
Profile
**Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
- 3-5 years' experience in similar role within the Headquarters of multinational companies or consultancy firms.
- Master's degree preferably in Economics or Engineering
- Project Management techniques and tools
- Reporting and analytics tools, strong data crunching attitude
- Agile methodology and change management principles
- Business Process Re-engineering and organization analysis techniques (scenario evaluation, workload analysis, RACI, Competencies mapping)
- Fluency in Italian and English
