**JOB PURPOSE
- The role guarantees the design of the company organization by ensuring consistency between structures, professional families and roles at global level and by defining the Job Catalogue of the Prada Group. - The role supports the Head of the Unit in the design and development of strategic Organizational Design/Company Transformation projects and contributes to the improvement and development of company organizational and operating model.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to design and deliver a healthy organization in line with the company strategy, partnering with HR BP and other HR teams to translate internal and external challenges into new organizational structures;
- Provide guidelines on Organizational Design and Management of the dedicated IT system, ensuring the coherence of structures, positions and roles both at central and local level;
- Contribute to the definition of Global Job Catalogue Model ensuring the alignment of roles, responsibilities and deployment of valuable analysis and the grading positions structure;
- Develop and provide organizational reporting for the Human Resources Department;
- Bringing new ideas to the table through white papers, presentations and research;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during organization initiatives as appropriate and according to over project guidelines;
- Elaborate and updates the distribution list on the basis of the general structure of the Prada Group and shares the criteria for drafting the document with the HR BP and Area Secretaries;
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other similar disciplines.
Different backgrounds will be taken into the proper consideration. - 4+ years of working experience;- Excellent knowledge of organization effectiveness concepts;- Ability to work in a complex environment;- Planning & analysis skills;- Interpersonal and negotiation skills;- Creative & innovative thinking;- Fluency in English
