HR Organization Specialist

About the Role

Responsibilities

- Supports Line Managers and HR Business Partners in the organizational design

- Review of internal processes with the aim of making the organization as effective and efficient as possible

- Ensure consistency between the structure, objectives, and responsibilities, collaborating with company functions

- Design & implement the Careers Framework and career paths structure.

- Update the organization chart at the world level and align Technogym company information systems (Success Factors)

- Supports the Line and the HR Business Partners in the activities related to the preparation of the company Strategic Plan, analyzing the organizational structures, sizing, and positions

- Implement and develop the Technogym WW Job Responsibility catalog through the definition of role-related responsibilities & KPI

- Define global communications related to the organization (organizational changes, top management, etc.

)

- Support HR Business Partners in defining & review job role responsibilities for new positions

- Develop and provide standard and ad-hoc reports relating to organizational structures/company staff for HR and Board of Directors

- Collaborate with HRIS and HR Controlling in the platform allingment

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Human Resources or Economics

- 4/5 years of experience in the Organization function of multinational companies or in an organizational consultancy company

- Knowledge of organization techniques and tools

- High analytical and structured thinking skills (problem-solving, flexibility, ability to find alternative solutions)

- Teamwork and flexibility

- Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint);

- Knowledge of HCM (Success Factors) represents a plus

- Fluent knowledge of English (C1)
