**About the Role

The Organization Specialist will be part of the Organization and HR Digital team, and will be involved in organizational redesign projects for the whole Coesia group.

He/she will manage the organizational changes communication process and will maintain the job evaluation system.

Main tasks:

- Lead and support organizational design projects, working directly with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders;

- Manage the organizational announcements process, guaranteeing the approval from the Top Management and the communication within the organization;

- Support the maintenance of HR systems (SAP HR and SuccessFactors) after major organizational changes;

- Participate to HR projects with other HR Centers of Expertise (e. g.

skill mapping analysis)

**Basic Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in similar roles in international companies or in consultancy firms;

- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies;

- Analytical approach; experience with data analysis, HR analytics or workforce planning activities as a plus;

- Basic knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactors;

- Result oriented;

- Team player;

- Project management skills.
