The candidate, reporting to the HR Organization Manager ahd collaborating with colleagues across all the business functions, will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the processes, the organizational structures and the workforce planning strategies of specific company's areas (es.
Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, RD) in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Main ActivitiesConduct micro and macro-organizational analysis based on company strategy, business needs, processes, and relevant KPIsEvaluate the organization's current state, identifying potential obstacles, and analyzing the impact of proposed changes on departments, teams, and individuals. Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather inputs, address concerns, and build buy in, conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops, ensuring all voices are considered in the change process. Support the change management processes by developing accurate initiatives to ensure people commitment to organizational change, the reasons behind it, and how to implement in own area. Track the progress of change initiatives, collecting feedback, and reporting on metrics to measure success. Maintain and update the Company Organization Chart Library and set up the organization chart toolMap and define job descriptions by analyzing key accountabilities and competencies required, based on RACI matrix, processes mapped and consistent with organizational changes. Evaluate jobs using the company's adopted methodology, grading each position within the company career ladder, and assigning accurate compensation banding. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits practices. Support the design and implementation of compensation structures aligned with company objectives and industry standards.
