Hr Organizational Lead Consultant
Our Client is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for an HR Organization Lead Consultant reporting to the HR Organization Manager.
The ideal candidate is a talented individual with a background in economic management or management engineering who has a strong passion for organizational design, job architecture, and change management.
In this role, you'll engage closely with HR team and collaborate with colleagues across all the business functions.

The HR Organization Lead Consultant is responsible for analyzing and optimizing HR processes, organizational structures and workforce planning strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
This role requires both a strategic and data-driven approach, focusing on translating data insights into actionable recommendations for organizational improvements.
Main Activities Conduct micro and macro-organizational analysis based on company strategy, business needs, processes, and relevant KPIs Evaluate the organization's current state, identifying potential obstacles, and analyzing the impact of proposed changes on departments, teams, and individuals.
Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather inputs, address concerns, and build buy in, conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops, ensuring all voices are considered in the change process.
Support the change management processes by developing accurate initiatives to ensure people commitment to organizational change, the reasons behind it, and how to implement in own area.
Track the progress of change initiatives, collecting feedback, and reporting on metrics to measure success.
Maintain and update the Company Organization Chart Library and set up the organization chart tool Map and define job descriptions by analyzing key accountabilities and competencies required, based on RACI matrix, processes mapped and consistent with organizational changes.
Evaluate jobs using the company's adopted methodology, grading each position within the company career ladder, and assigning accurate compensation banding.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits practices.
Support the design and implementation of compensation structures aligned with company objectives and industry standards.
Analyze and monitor data to support organizational analysis and compensation decisions Project Management: participate in cross-functional and global projects promoted by HR or business functions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of consulting-related activities, analysis, or Consultant consulting-related activities, Degree or Master's degree in Economics, management engineering Good MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Willingness to work in a team.
