The HR Partner plays a critical role within the team development of HHLA PLT Italy.
The HR Partner manages talent acquisition, training, payroll, administration and all HR related topics.
The HR Partner works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of HR topics and HR management.
**What you can expect**:
- Develop a robust HR strategic plan for talent acquisition, managing the activities firsthand
- Ensure workforce diversity by hiring, engaging and retaining top talent.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding for employees
- Manage third-party vendors (headhunters, trainers, etc.
)
- Manage training plans, including sourcing training opportunities based on employee needs.
- Resolve employee problems and reports
- Manage legal issues-with the cooperation of outside professionals-relating to the employment relationship, including any disciplinary issues
- Collaborate in the management of positive labor relations
- Manage the administrative aspects of the employment relationship (e. g. , attendance management, employment documentation) by maintaining relationships with the external payroll firm
- Manage corporate resource development processes (e. g. , performance and competency evaluations, surveys, career development)
- Identify organizational improvement opportunities
**What you bring to the table**:
We are looking for an experienced HR Partner excited to join us.
The person is an all-rounder with experience in talent management, training, budget management, management of legal topics with the cooperation of legal professionals and management of the administrative aspects.
The role requires a pro-active approach and problem-solving in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good English and Italian
- Experience (5-7 years) in HR
- Good knowledge of Italian labor contracts and legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive nature
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to details
- Ability to network with internal and external stakeholders
