We are looking for
an HR Payroll & Administration Specialist
to strengthen our HR team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager within the HR Administration team and will be responsible for the administrative management of personnel, focusing on payroll processing and document management, ensuring compliance with regulations and applicable collective agreements.
Responsibilities:
Manage attendance tracking, close time sheets, and prepare data for external payroll processing for Italy, France, and Germany, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle hiring, termination, and transformation of employment relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor monthly deadlines and ensure proper completion of administrative tasks related to employment relationships.
Prepare periodic reports on KPIs, absenteeism, overtime, vacations, and permits for legal obligations and internal management support.
Support management and department heads in personnel management, providing advice on compensation, regulations, and pension matters.
Assist employees with contractual issues, payroll interpretation, and contractual clarifications.
Support activities related to disputes and disciplinary procedures.
Manage relationships with INPS, INAIL, Labor Office, and other entities, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Assist the HR Manager in monitoring personnel costs.
Coordinate periodic medical examinations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Degree in economics, law, or as a Labor Consultant.
Previous experience in personnel administration, preferably in industrial contexts or professional studies.
Good knowledge of labor law and familiarity with the Metalworking Industry collective agreement.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with HR management software (Centro Paghe / HR People is a plus).
Strong communication and relational skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Customer-oriented with proactivity in responding to employee and management needs.
Analytical skills.
Attention to detail in data collection, processing, and interpretation.
Ability to work in multifunctional teams.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving contexts.
The role requires precision, confidentiality, and utmost reliability due to the sensitivity of the responsibilities involved.
Other Information:
Initial fixed-term contract for 1 year, full-time, regulated by the Metalworking Industry collective agreement.
