Hr Payroll & Administration Specialist
Pandora Italia is looking for a highly experienced Payroll & Administrative Specialist who works as a part of the cluster HR team from our office in Milan.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
According to the Local and Global procedures and guidelines, supports in managing the whole payroll and HR administrative processes, including collect and review employee information and working hours, sick an holiday leaves, calculate wages, prepare and processes employee payments, maintain accurate payroll records.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Will support the P&R team in:
- managing full Payroll & HR admin cycle and process, cooperating with the external payroll provider and with the internal finance and account office (including Share Service Center abroad);
- coordinating the document/information flow between the company and the external payroll provider, guaranteeing that payroll and admin process is timely and correct
- addressing issues and questions regarding payroll and HR admin from employees and superiors
- providing information to top management and all employees about payslips, contracts and any other matters related to systems, payroll and HR admin
- preparing hiring letters, employment and changes contracts
- checking issues related to: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves,
- bringing up to date the HR Tools
- preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- organizing mandatory medical visits
- document's storaging
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- At least 4 years of previous experience in the role within an international retail organization.
- Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field, Fashion, Retail
- Fluent in English & Italian
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and CCNL Commercio.
- Familiarity with local/International HR Data System tools.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, HR Tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with full-cycle payroll/administration HR processes.

- Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels.
