Job Description: Manpower Professional , a headhunting company specialized in middle management profiles, is currently searching for a client, an accounting firm based in Lesmo (MB) , for an HR Payroll Administrator.

The resource will be integrated into the structure and will be responsible for the following activities: Personnel administration; Hiring, changes, and terminations of employment relationships; Management of the entire corporate payroll cycle (processing payroll and related monthly and annual obligations); Management of relationships with various institutions (e. g. , Inps, Inail, pension funds); Management of assigned clients.

Requirements: Diploma and/or degree in economic subjects; Previous experience in the role of 2-3 years; Good knowledge of the Office Suite; Knowledge of the Zucchetti management software is a preferred requirement.
