Job Description:Manpower Professional, a headhunting company specialized in middle management profiles, is currently searching for a client, an accounting firm based in Lesmo (MB), for an HR Payroll Administrator.

The resource will be integrated into the structure and will be responsible for the following activities: Personnel administration;Hiring, changes, and terminations of employment relationships;Management of the entire corporate payroll cycle (processing payroll and related monthly and annual obligations);Management of relationships with various institutions (e. g. , Inps, Inail, pension funds);Management of assigned clients. Requirements: Diploma and/or degree in economic subjects;Previous experience in the role of 2-3 years;Good knowledge of the Office Suite;Knowledge of the Zucchetti management software is a preferred requirement. Additional profile attributes: Precision, attention to detail, and analytical skills;Flexibility, organizational skills, willingness to change, and a strong problem-solving orientation;Teamwork predisposition and excellent relational skills.
