DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistanceEnsure all contract-related matters are organizedSupport new employees during their onboarding processAssist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registrationReview and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permitsContinuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR complianceServe as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payrollIdentify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiencyREQUIREMENTS: Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal, as well as good level of EnglishPrevious experience in payroll processing or HR supportFamiliarity with payroll software and HR management systemsBasic knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues related to payrollStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payrollExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong analytical skills to address payroll and HR-related issuesCommitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive informationAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentBENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceRelocation assistanceBenefit program which includes free breakfast/lunch, Spanish classes, and many more
