The ideal candidate has gained at least 3-5 years of experience in modernly structured companies.
The selected candidate will handle employee administration and staff management tasks.
MAIN TASKS Managing the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) and the company agreements as well as the resolution of employee administration issues Provide information and guidance to managers and employees relating to employment e. g. , terms and conditions, benefit schemes, time off arrangements, HR policy and procedures.
Managing obligations related to fiscal, insurance and contribution registrations (payments, mandatory annual returns, monthly and trimestral payments to pension plans) Managing the monthly and yearly obligations related to the employees' administration Reporting on the company's workforce reporting Produce payroll reporting to meet business and statutory payroll needs Verifying and amending payroll hours from Time & Attendance system to ensure employees are being paid correctly.
Collecting and verifying monthly variable data to be transmitted to the external payroll service provider and ensuring a proper monitoring of outputs Collecting employee data and preparing documentation for new staff hiring, conversions, extensions and terminations Inserting and updating personal, wage, contributive and fiscal data of employees Registering and archiving digital and printed employee documentation.
Managing the company welfare platform EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree in Economics, Political Sciences, Law with major in HR.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and sound knowledge of labor law SOFT SKILLS Excellent analysis, problem-solving, communication and time management skills Aptitude for teamwork Good command of English LOCATION WHAT WE OFFER: COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
