This role will focus on supporting the HR, People & Culture Dept. , particularly in generating and maintaining data reports and monitoring internal processes.

Tasks: Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making; Ensure data accuracy and integrity in current HR systems, still to be integrated with Excel DBs and worksheets; Collect and process data to generate dashboards and reports useful to management; Develop and implement new metrics and data analysis related to Human Resources; Independently build and support the creation of data models useful for KPI analysis and measurement activities using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; Take part and support HR, People & Culture department on all people initiatives and projects.

Skills and Qualifications: University degree preferred; Economic background is a plus; Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Familiar with multinational organization environments; Org, charts, workflow, input/output matrix as normal tools to analyze, map and support discussion and decision-making process.
