RINA is currently recruiting for a HR People Development Intern to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global People Experience Division.

MissionSupport in the development and implementation of the People Development Area.

Key AccountabilitiesSupport the management of all development initiatives, including coaching, mentorship, and assessment programs on a global scale. Assist with dissemination and communication activities to ensure smooth and effective information sharing. Partner with the international HR team and managers on dissemination activities related to people development topics. Process and analyze data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reports. Support the optimization and enhancement of processes within the function, with a strong focus on performance management and talent management initiatives. QualificationsHere's what we're looking for:

Curiosity to continuously learn and grow. Data Analysis skills to turn insights into action. Organizational and attention to detail to manage projects seamlessly. Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse team. Fluent in English to thrive in an international environment. Master's Degree in Human Sciences (preferred).
