Hr Plant Manager

He/she will have to implement human resources programs for the plant.
He/she will need to implement corporate and Country policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and culture at local level cooperating with the specific Country HR CoE.
This position has a strong relationship with the Plant Manager and Plant Leadership team and must be able to understand business issues and bring solutions that advance the greater interests of the business
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and align HR initiatives to the business strategy which includes the ability to identify, analyze, understand and articulate business goals and objectives at the company, plant and business unit level
- Coordinate and enforce HR policies, processes, systems and reporting activities
- Establishes and develops programs in all areas of employee and labor relations in order to maintain a climate of trust and confidence
- Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets,
- Ensure the correct implementation of labour policies
- Contribute to the business objectives by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Interface with Business Line HR
- Manage Unions Relations at local level
- Work with COE HR to give insights of local plant challenges, support the development to address the local needs and implement them as required
- Oversee the performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
**REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico and Grafici Labour Law
- at least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great verbal and written communications skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite of software.
