This ongoing initiative bears many aspects and lead to many projects mobilizing the overall workforce of the company
**HR Process Specialist Junior**:
Administration (setup, run, maintenance, monitoring and upgrade) of the following features / modules / processes based on the guideline defined by the Project Team and proposing possible improvements:
Core structure (organizational units, preferences, security roles, login messages, etc.
)
GDPR processes (anonymization, peripheral data deletion, legal entities, retention period, etc.
)
Forms
Reporting (Custom Reports, Dashboards, Reporting 2. 0)
Partners / not-SSO accounts access
Copy down follow-up
Absence Management
Support to Project Team, Local HR Teams and End Users in the areas of responsibility.
Qualification
Master Degree preferably with major course work in information systems or human resources required
HR processes understanding
Previous experience with the administration of an HRIS platform, ideally Cornerstone on Demand, but we can also consider junior profiles who have even only a theoretical knowledge of HRIS and / or have carried out an internship in the field.
Excellent predisposition to learn quickly
Learning ability and passion for the field
HRIS Data Protection / GDPR processes knowledge
Strong analytical and time management skills
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written in English
Strong customer orientation
Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
it is desirable knowledge in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
