For a company operating in the healthcare sector we are looking for a: HR PROJECT MANAGER The HR Project Manager within the Human Resources will coordinate complex projects and strategic HR initiatives, supporting high-impact and cross-functional projects across the company. This role also involves driving transformation initiatives, modernizing HR processes, and integrating innovative practices into the HR function. Key Responsibilities: HR Project Coordination: Manage and support HR projects, ensuring timely completion and risk mitigation; HR Process Mapping: Collaborate with the HR team to optimize and digitalize HR processes for greater efficiency; Cross-Functional Support: Assist in HR programs and initiatives across the company, working collaboratively to solve problems; Communication & Reporting: Ensure clear communication and timely reporting on project progress to stakeholders; Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and manage relationships for diversity initiatives; Transformation Support: Support HR transformation efforts, implement change management strategies, and track transformation KPIs for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields; 2-3 years of previous experience in similar roles, preferably within an HR department of a large organization; Proficiency in English and Italian; Strong project management skills, with experience in HR process mapping, digitalization, and using project management tools; Experience working with cross-functional teams, complex organizational structures, and managing change projects; Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools, along with familiarity with digital HR technologies.
