**About the role
As a Coesia HR Projects Leader, you will be leading and coordinating the design, execution and deployment of HR strategic initiatives at group level, translating vision into action and supporting HR processes owners in all transformation projects.
In this role, you will act as an individual contributor, with a high-level exposure to the group Chief HR Officer as well as to the group's top management.
You will work extensively with the HR management team to support the new initiatives and translate the strategy into concrete implementation plans.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the implementation of HR Strategy at group level by leading/facilitating HR strategic initiatives
- Contributing to the definition of HR programs, in coordination with the relevant HR team members, ensuring projects requirements, solutions and deliverables meet and exceed internal customers' expectations
- Leading improvement projects of existing HR processes, identifying opportunities and creating synergies across functions
- Defining ways to measure the effectiveness of the new programs and tracking the main KPIs of the HR function
- Writing strategic HR memos, presentations, and plans, supporting Coesia Chief HR Officer in the communication of the strategic HR plan and goals
**What you need to be successful
- Master degree in Economics, Management or Industrial Engineering preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, either in corporate environments or in consultancy firms
- Excellent presentation skills and command of MS Power Point: you are able to turn strategic thinking into clear communication and visual outputs
- Strong orientation towards data and numbers, analytical approach, excellent command of MS Excel
- Focus on execution and results
- International mindset
- Familiarity with ERP HR systems, HR Reporting and KPIs
- Excellent proficiency of English
