**HR RECRUITER**:

TXT Group is looking for an HR RECRUITER to expand the Corporate HR team, which provides service to all Group companies.

The resource will be placed in the Recruiting department, working closely with the company's technical managers and supporting them in the recruitment and selection phase. Interaction with other departments of the parent company's General and Administration will also be key, ensuring effective management of internal clients and smooth coordination between different areas of the company.

**Main activities**:

**Understanding of Engineering and ICT industry requirements**: Collection and analysis of Job Descriptions provided by technical managers;

**Screening**: Analysis of resumes, evaluation of profiles in line with technical line requirements;

Phone interviewing and arranging interviews;

HR interviews with related feedback to be shared with the technical line;

**Data Management**: Entering and updating information in the Allibo Database;

**Internship Activation**: Coordination of curricular and extracurricular internships in collaboration with universities or external entities;

**Onboarding**: Managing the induction of new employees into the company, ensuring a positive and integrative experience;

**Ongoing support to employees**: Accompanying, managing and providing ongoing support to employees;

**Employer branding**: Defining, organizing and participating in events aimed at strengthening the company's image as an employer.

**Required skills**:

**E-recruitment and social-recruitment platforms**: Excellent familiarity in using major online recruitment platforms and tools;

**Knowledge of IT and Engineering markets**: In-depth knowledge of the professional figures sought in the IT and Engineering sectors;

**Office Package**: Good command of the Office package, with emphasis on Excel.

**English Language**: Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of German will be considered a plus;

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, law or Master's degree in Human Resources.

**Required Experience**:

The ideal profile has at least 2 years of experience in the HR department of engineering consulting companies or in the IT/Engineering division of head hunting companies. He/she specializes in the selection of engineering and technical/scientific profiles of different seniority and has a deep knowledge of recruitment techniques. The ability to work independently and efficiently, but always in collaboration with the team, is essential.
