Daze's mission is to simplify and make electric vehicle charging accessible for everyone.
Together we design charging systems for individuals and companies, seeking the perfect balance between innovation and design.
Our company was born in 2016 from the intuition of two young mechanical engineers, Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni: the DazePlug, a simple mechanical arm that allowed the realization of the first prototype of an automatic conductive charger for electric vehicles.
Over the years, Daze's mission has developed to increasingly aim at proposing its own idea of a domestic eco-system, where sustainable mobility and smart energy management work together to enable a total and concrete energy transition.

**Your Role
As a Recruiter your manager will be Davide.
After graduating from law school, Davide pursued a master's degree in Human Resources, more in line with his personal inclinations.
With now more than 4 years of experience in the field, Davide has single-handedly represented Daze's entire Human Resources Department for a long time.
And despite the heavy burden of responsibility that the role entails, he never loses sight of what he considers his main task: to ensure by all means and under all circumstances the well-being of all employees.
**The Profile We'Re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in humanities;
- Analysis of the needs and support in the research of curriculum;
- Screening and archiving of resumes;
- Interview planning;
- Management of the first phase of the interview.
