Within Italy HR department and reporting to S&I Business Unit HR Manager, the **TALENT AQUISITION SPECIALIST **will be based in **Rome** and will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Within S&I Italy Human Resources organization as Talent Aquisition Specialist** **you will perform the following activities:

Support and executes talent strategy for attracting and developing new industry talent for ALSTOM.

Strategize with HR business partners and hiring managers to proactively address staffing need & solutions.

This involves the management and implementation of sourcing, recruiting and supporting on-boarding

activities.

Fill vacancies/open requisitions, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking

Use all opportunities to communicate the ALSTOM Employee Value Proposition to all appropriate partners,

recruiters/agencies

Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants regarding strengths and development needs

information to all while also handling relationships (when needed) with third-party recruitment firms and

vendors.

Ensure integrity and compliance regarding policies and procedures through the entire recruiting process, i. e.

immigration, background checks, process compliance and reporting to minimize potential liability to the company

- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Strong computer, Microsoft Office skills

- Must have the ability to work with people at all levels within an organization

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information

- Flexible, open minded, fair and balanced judgment

- Fluent in english
