To be in support to the HR Retail team for the following activities:Be commercially focused (business partner for the Retail Department); Supporting in managing the retail recruiting processes (planning interviews, giving feedbacks to candidates); Handle all HR admin procedures and documentations; Handle Payroll cycle within EMEA perimeter; Manage Labour relations;Manage hiring/dismissal processes for stores; Build strong connectionswith external providers (for Recruiting, Legal counseling, Payroll); Be able to understand and know the HR motivation systems; Be the ambassador of FURLA brand and represent the DNA and company heritage during the interview and/or during the Career Days; Establish a strong connection with Retail District Managers and Store Mangers. KEY REQUIREMENTS:Strong motivation to become a professional in the HR field; Fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus; Being goal-oriented;Strong Excel skills; Being goal-orientedMultitasking, problem solving and team-working skills; Excellent communication skills; Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
