The Adecco Group is looking for talent in the Sales function at our branch in Cesano Maderno.

An unique opportunity to train and acquire skills through an experiential path, preparing you for key roles in the Sales sector, from Account Specialist to Branch Manager.

Mission

In the first phase, you will start with an internship as an Account Specialist.

Here you will get to know the Adecco Group and its brands, experiencing the world of sales directly and receiving comprehensive training.

During the program, you will assist the Branch Manager to gain mastery of the role.

Subsequently, you will independently handle business development and customer loyalty in your territory, becoming a Sales Account.

Requirements

Degree (completed or ongoing)

Main Activities You Will Learn to Perform Identify business development methods for the branch, including the use of new digital tools dedicated to sales (CRM, BI). Plan daily contacts and visits for customer management/acquisition based on analysis of your territory and using the company CRM. Implement business development actions (proactive, phone contacts, negotiations, and offers), acquisition visits, and loyalty actions. Manage negotiation and commercial relationships with the customer.
