The Human Resources Department of Gruppo Montenegro is looking for an HR Trainee who will provide support on reward and benefits projects and programs.

**Tasks & Responsibities

- Work on dedicated projects such as the digitalization of the HRS database

- Support in activities regarding the employee professional life cycle

- Support the employees with the explanation of company's policies and updating of it

- Support the employees in all the activities linked to the HRIS (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports etc.

)

- Support in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports

- Ensure integrity and accuracy of data and reporting methodologies

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in law, hr or economics

- Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

- Strong attention to details

- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

- Good knowledge of Office Package

- Fluency in English
