Dematic has an immediate need for a HR Solutions Manager as part of our Global HR organization where we have Workday as the backbone for our HR technology landscape.

This position is responsible for the delivery of quality Workday solutions by analyzing Dematic's needs; recommending plans for improvement and enhancements; working with Dematic's HRIT team and the KION Group HR Solutions team to design specifications and implement those plans across the user community.

The person in this role will also play a key part in the support and mentoring of Dematic's HR Solutions team.

**Tasks and Qualifications:**:**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead HR Solutions team at Dematic in successfully finding innovative ways to solve business challenges and take full advantage of HR technology at KION Group

- Partner with HR leadership teams to understand and deliver solutions to support strategic business objectives; develop and maintain 3-5 year roadmap for HR technology landscape.

- Create efficiencies, maintain compliance, improve user experience, and deploy best practices

- Lead problem solving for issues that originate outside of HR Solutions that impact HR Solutions' ability to deliver services

- Partner closely with HRIT, KION Group Workday support team, and business stakeholders for system migrations, enhancements, upgrades, projects, and new system implementations

- Partner with process specialists, communication and training specialists, and data analysts to deliver results

- Mentor HR Solutions team in career growth and development; maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

- Possess leadership acumen to perform as a strategic partner to HR leadership team; ability to establish presence and demeanor to interface and work collaboratively with leaders

- Ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive success, challenge status quo and demonstrate ability to adapt to dynamic situations

- Proven long-term and strategic perspective that extends beyond the immediate initiatives; visualizes and articulates a clear direction

- Ability to navigate complex system discussions

- Master's Degree in Human Resources or similar business field

- Prefer experience in Workday as a core HR platform for a Global Organization

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and influence without direct authority

- Ability to see the big picture and develop supporting solutions aligned to organizational business plans as well as tactical capabilities

- Excellent customer management and business literacy skills, able to accurately interpret business objectives and needs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Strong ability to balance competing priorities and flexibility to re-prioritize

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
