**The role of HR specialist - Payroll

Your daily agenda will be to ensure that Bunge Italy Payroll and Labour regulations are in compliance with laws and regulations regarding Italian policies and practices and that they are aligned with all Bunge HR policies and procedures.

We want to see you become their trusted advisor and share your enthusiasm and inspiration through many creative ideas for various Bunge's HR programs.

**Internally**, you will work in the alignment with country HR Management, Employees in Bunge Italy, HR CoE, BBS units, HR Partners across the Bunge Global HR organization and Work council members on:

- Ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle, including time, holiday, benefits, insurance, etc.

are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely;

- Processes timely and accurately the payrolls based on corporate policies and industrial benchmark.

Processes, reviews, edits and corrects any transaction system errors, and performs various issues resolution with payroll vendor;

- Responsible for quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and low error or defect percentage.

Ensures the correct execution and the control of the post payroll activities related to Uniemens, F24, Other payments, etc;

- Create, update and review standard operating procedures and performs document reviews.

Being responsible that the company fulfils its legal requirements in employee related matters: payroll, occupational health services etc.

Is accountable for the Collective Agreement based interpretations and practises at the local level;

- Implements both corporate and local HR Processes, policies and instructions regarding employment life-cycle and support other HR activities in the day by day.

**Externally**, you will work together with Trade Unions, 3rd party service providers (payroll & healthcare), Colleagues in other companies.

**What do you bring to the role?

Within the HR Team, you have a knowledge and understanding of the Labour Laws and EU regulations, as well as a deep understanding of business streamlines and commercial functions and most importantly, you can work in a matrix organization.

Additionally, you have:

- A Bachelor or University degree in HR / Applied Sciences / Business / Arts;

- 5-10 years of HR Experience, specifically in human resources generalist payroll position;

- Solutions oriented and payroll management;

- Italian and English language fluency.
