About The Job HR Specialist – TEMPORARY CONTRACT For our HR team based in Milan, we are looking for an HR Specialist.

During this experience, you'll be part of a super dynamic team where the core mission is to boost people power.

You'll have the possibility to work closely with the HR Business Partner supporting them on different projects and activities.

You'll support the HR team on the following activities: Support on the HR admin activitiesSales agents management, which includes monitoring agent performance and providing feedback for improvement, handling agent inquiries and resolving any issues that arise, maintaining accurate records of agent activities and performance metrics, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new agents. Work alongside HR Business Partners in business support activities and HR project management. About You In order to succeed in this role, we believe you need to have:
