- As HR Specialist you will report to the Italy HR Director.
You will contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in key HR processes and transformation & improvement projects.
In partnership with the Business, you will understand their needs and implement efficient processes in recruiting, compensation&performance, learning and development.
You will promote a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
**RESPONSABILITIES
- Contribute to the HR strategy realization by promoting an improvement-oriented company culture
- Support the creation of HR processes such as performance, compensation, talent management e development
- Design tools to analyze HR data and generate reports to manage the information flow
- Establish an efficient partnership with the managers and trade unions
- Manage the recruiting activities from jobs ads, screening and interviews to the final onboarding tasks
- Identify the needs in terms of learning and organize the activities with an analytical mindset
- Support the HR Director in change management projects to grow the employee engagement
- Support the internal communications
**PROFILE
- 3-4 years' experience in a complex environment in 1 or 2 HR activities like Recruiting, Employer Branding, Comp&Ben, Learning, Development or similar
- University Degree in HR topics
- Fluent English (+French is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Transformation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships with the stakeholders and to understand their needs
- Flexibility and autonomy in managing your daily tasks
