Purpose of the position

- Support the plant managers in the correct management of resources, especially workers.

- Collaborate in the management of trade union relations regarding plant management problems.

- Be the first HR reference for the people who work within the site.

**Areas of responsibility

Management of the employment relationship

- Support managers on a daily basis in their daily resource management activities in order to anticipate and resolve critical issues.

- Support managers in the correct use of the attendance information system.

- Support staff in the use of IT systems related to the use of Metasalute, Cometa, Welfare, GI.

- Ensure supervision of the administrative activity by relating adequately with the payroll service provider.

- Contribute to compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and environmental regulations in harmony with the laws governing the matter and in collaboration with the Environment and Safety Authority.

- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the staff in the administration contract.

Management of trade union relations:

- Support in the daily confrontation with the RSU for the management of plant problems.

Training and development:

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of training courses useful for increasing skills.

- Spreading the values set out in the Corporate Code of Conduct and the Leadership Model Behaviors, by example and training, raising awareness of Expect - Respect and directing employees towards an increasingly deep-rooted Outward Mindset.

**Requirements**:

4-5 years of experience

University degree

Medium level of English and Fluent in Italian

Knowledge of multiple aspects in HR: Labour Relations, Training and developement, Recruitment.
