You will have the opportunity to experience the key Barilla HR processes, working within a very fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience on employees' life-cycle activities. As an active member of the HR team, you will develop your talents in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills, and competencies that will help you build your expertise. Accountabilities Support on HR core processes such as performance management, talent review, and salary review. Recruiting: actively participate in the execution of the recruitment process for new graduates and junior positions. Employer Branding: organize and participate in Employer Branding events and activities. Support the HR Business Partners on the internal communication process for internal and external hirings. Collaborate with the Personnel Administration team for managing administrative topics. Update the main HR systems and tools, guaranteeing data collection, monitoring, and reporting. Learning & Development: contribute to the organization and management of learning programs, capturing needs from the business and liaising with the Learning team and providers. Candidate's Ideal Profile Minimum previous experience of 6 months as HR intern. International mindset / Studies or work experience abroad. Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and open-minded approach. Very good interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork attitude.
