HR Specialistlocated in our offices in Milano, Italy.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONSupport and advice on all HR issues for managers and employees in the area (Italy, Greece, Turkey, Middle-East and support for Spain and France)Actively participate in all global HR processes as recruitment, organizational development, personnel development, personnel administration and labor law matters, in cooperation with the country managersParticipate in the development and implementation of HR processesEnsure communication of sensitive data (annual salary review, bonuses. . . ) with the different payroll providers and in our HR system (SuccessFactors)TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree with focus on Human Resources or comparable education with additional qualificationProficiency in written and oral English, further language knowledge is beneficialExperience and achievements in the above-mentioned areasVery good MS Office user skillsExperience with relevant HR systems, incl. time management - ideally SAP SuccessFactorsPREFERRED PERSONAL SKILLSIndependent working style, reliabilityCustomer orientation, flexibility and resilienceVery good communication skills, both oral and writtenTeam player mentalityAre you the right candidate to join ourHRteam?
