YOUR TEAMYou'd be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support the research. Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:Working as one of the HR points of contact supporting the IIT Staff in Personnel Administration tasks, including personnel coverage insurances (health coverage insurance, working accidents insurance, third party liability insurance….

), maternity and paternity paperwork and other Personnel Administration processes. Managing the work-related administrative procedures for EU and non-EU employees and collaborators. Management of drafting of labor mission agreements with foreign Institutions and bodies. Management of administrative paperwork and obligations related to workers performing their activities in foreign countries (expatriates). Supporting and training on the monthly timesheet management (e. g. , absence management, permits requests, annual leaves etc.

). Organization of support campaigns and weekly front desk management dedicated to Personnel Administration-related issues. Extracting data and managing the reports needed to complete HR tasks. Collaborating with the colleagues of the Human Capital and Organization Directorate in order to facilitate all the internal processes. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSA Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics disciplines, Law, Political Sciences, Foreign Languages or similar. Previous experience of at least 3 years in middle and large sites HR departments or labor consultancy firms. Accuracy and good analytical skills. Very good knowledge of the English language. Good in time and priority management. A cooperative approach with the stakeholders. ADDITIONAL SKILLSGood communication skills. Strong problem solving attitude with spirit of innovation and creativity. High motivation to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
