HR Specialist

Key activities:

All'interno del dipartimento HR Italy, la risorsa inserita avrà l'opportunità di contribuire alla gestione amministrativa dei dipendenti aziendali nelle sue aree di competenza, nonché di partecipare a progetti trasversali in ambito HR.

In particolare:

- Coordinamento delle attività relative alla flotta aziendale;- Gestione delle attività amministrative e contrattualistiche, in collaborazione con i dipartimenti Legal e Procurement;- Mantenimento delle relazioni con i fornitori HR;- Gestione delle carte di credito aziendali;- Supporto nelle aree di Local Benefit;- Organizzazione dei check up medici per la popolazione aziendale;- Gestione e redazione di reportistica e presentazioni;- Onboarding e supporto al dipendente relativamente le aree di competenza;- Partecipazione attiva a progetti HR trasversali.

**Requirements**:

- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale;- Precedente esperienza in contesto aziendale strutturato, della durata mínima di 2 anni;- Conoscenza mínima della lingua inglese pari ad un livello C1;- Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di PowerPoint ed Excel;- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, precisione e proattività.
