We're looking for a bright and motivated future Hr Specialist, a new position within the company to join the Operations team in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome.
This role will support the effectiveness and efficiency of the Administrative department
**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks in the area of HR, including the maintenance of proper attendance and leaving employees records and assisting the payroll department in daily duties.
- Support HR division in policy formulation and salary administration.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Tracking department budgets.
- Supporting the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions in the respective area of HR and contributing to the development of HR management systems;
- Providing regular and ad-hoc staff statistics for management and external bodies, such as the European Commission;
- Support the strategy at the local level and in the adaptation of individual solutions
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and Italian.
One more language is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in this position.
- Passionate about HR innovation, skill development and particularly interested and active in the innovation of HR practices.
