What is the job about? We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team.

With the acquisition of Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK in September 2024, we have expanded our water treatment portfolio to meet the diverse needs of industries, ensuring superior water quality and efficient solutions combined with Grundfos' world-renowned capabilities in pump technology.

This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers. In this position, you will support the payroll and recruiting activities. Specifically, you will be involved in the following activities:Recording of timesheets, checking/balancing of data and management of any irregularitiesCreation of employee master data in the management systemManagement of illnesses, maternity, injuries, leaves of absenceManagement of hiring files, transformation and termination of employment relationshipsSupport in recruitment activitiesWe imagine that you have:BSc in Labour Consultancy and/or relatedExcellent knowledge of the office package, especially ExcelGood use of main IT tools such as e-mail and main search enginesGood knowledge of EnglishStrong analytical skills, precision, organisation and confidentiality complete the profileWhat's in it for you?
