YOUR TEAMYou'd be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support the research. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAct as one of the HR points of contact supporting the IIT Staff in Personnel Administration tasks, including personnel coverage insurances (health coverage insurance, working accidents insurance, third party liability insurance), maternity and paternity paperwork, and other Personnel Administration processes. Manage the work-related administrative procedures for EU and non-EU employees and collaborators. Draft labor mission agreements with foreign Institutions and bodies. Handle administrative paperwork and obligations related to workers performing their activities in foreign countries (expatriates). Support and train on the monthly timesheet management (e. g. , absence management, permits requests, annual leaves). Organize support campaigns and manage a weekly front desk dedicated to Personnel Administration-related issues. Extract data and manage the reports needed to complete HR tasks. Collaborate with the colleagues of the Human Capital and Organization Directorate to facilitate all internal processes. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSA Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics disciplines, Law, Political Sciences, Foreign Languages or similar. Previous experience of at least 3 years in middle and large sites HR departments or labor consultancy firms. Accuracy and good analytical skills. Very good knowledge of the English language. Good time and priority management. A cooperative approach with stakeholders. ADDITIONAL SKILLSStrong problem-solving attitude with a spirit of innovation and creativity. High motivation to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
